Foolproof Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

- 3 pcs eggs
- 1-1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mix up batter at least 2 hours before cooking.
Beat eggs, then beat in all other ingredients. Batter should be thin like thick farm cream. Do not refrigerate batter. It should be at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Grease a 12 compartment muffin tin with vegetable oil, and leave some oil sitting in the tin.
Heat the empty oiled muffin tin for 5 minutes to get the metal tin hot.
Take out muffin tin and pour the batter into the tin.
Lower temperature to 375 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
