  • 3 pcs eggs
  • 1-1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Mix up batter at least 2 hours before cooking.
  • Beat eggs, then beat in all other ingredients. Batter should be thin like thick farm cream. Do not refrigerate batter. It should be at room temperature.
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Grease a 12 compartment muffin tin with vegetable oil, and leave some oil sitting in the tin.
  • Heat the empty oiled muffin tin for 5 minutes to get the metal tin hot.
  • Take out muffin tin and pour the batter into the tin.
  • Lower temperature to 375 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
