Mediterranean

The Mediterrean is a region, not a country. It includes Italy, Greece, Spain, Monaco, Turkey…. Mediterranean foods are rich in protein, as in chicken, fish; plenty of nuts, legumes and fresh vegetables and fruits. Healthy fats like olive oil, and minimal dairy and red meat.
